ISUUE : Old Machine not working due to obsolete parts.
This machine from 2003 had SLC500 AB PLC with an old HMI to control a VFD that moves a main shaft with cams (No Servo). 3 years stocked not working.
SOLUTION: Panel design with Mitsubishi cost efective PLC, Beijer HMI and VFD replacement and programming to give a new life to this very well made machine Obviosly Made in USA !
