Issue: Machine with 7 inch HMI IP40 degree working in an enviroment IP66 , Operation Buttons pretty small for operators.
This machine was operating in wet conditions with the HMI exposed to humedity and dust .
Solution: Desing an operator panel to use 22 mm push buttons IP67 grade very tough , Small Click Automation Direct PLC integration.
