Issue: Complete bin machine lane needs to relocate the bin washer to a different place, because it is a complete line it is necessary go into the PLC program and take the washing sequence out but keeping the line working properly.
This machine has an old Hitachi PLC wich is controlling the sequence , start and stop Lenze VFDs .
Solution: Get into the PLC programm and do a bypass for the bin washing machine, bypass inputs and outputs to get into sequence. Shcematics update.
